Victory Gardens 
Dear hard working people of VictoryGarden,
I’d like to remind you of the upcoming event.
On behalf of Tighes Hill community group and with some assistance from Newcastle council place making grant we ‘re organising edible garden competition. The comp will be open mainly to Throsby villages however nearby suburbs are welcome to apply.
There will be several categories so whether container balcony garden or urban farm everyone is encouraged to apply.
Prizes are being handcrafted by a local artist.
The award ceremony will be held in the first week of December so please remind all the lovely gardeners not to be shy and to start applying now.
